Does it feel like, even after making life happen for self and others, things still feel less full because that inner lingering of hurt or chaos seems to have stuck around? My efforts are towards humans on a journey to productively navigate the impact of their trauma and addiction. When personal responsibility for wholeness pursuits could benefit from the add-on of professional science with multi-cultural sensitivity in a deeply caring environment, my goal is to join as a guest on healing and growth journeys to fellowship and efficiently guide to fit individual needs.
What will sessions be like?
Our time will be your space for you to exist in the fullness of humanity and deeply experience restorative exposure to emotions, integrate reparative expression of inner disconnect from unresolved hurts, and target holistic resilience. I offer integration of sciences, culture, and relational connection. Curiosity, honesty, identity, and meaning-making are valuable in our sessions, as is laughter. In sessions, I often reference Chronicles of Narnia, use humor, and occasionally makeup children’s tales with embedded themes related to therapy. I seek to be a refuge for you as you find a home within your heart in this season of your journey.
In addition to what I offer as a clinician, I have a background of over 7 years professionally serving children & adults who dealt with trauma, including internationals, in community, spiritual, and psychiatric settings. Collectively, these experiences have marked me and prove the beauty that people long for in their hearts. These experiences have also shown when one embarks on the journey and faces the essence of their own humanity despite the tensions of hatred and love and dares to voyage to meaning making and rebuild the frameworks of meaning making, hiding is mitigating and something rather glorious is unveiled.
I look forward to our time. The investment is worth it. Cheering for you!

BIO:
I am 1/2 Balkan 1/2 Crimean & fully grateful US citizen. I am generally captivated by all things beauty, lions & meaning making. I love to run through mountains or trails. I have written songs and poetry since I was super little. I enjoy coffee and cozy scented candle lights. I read books in excess and they are likely about meaning making. I have a dog that has all the energy - at all times. I would also consider myself a creative.
